Staying connected to our roots and being in touch with our culture and traditions is essential. With the aim of instilling these values in our children, a project was assigned to Grade VII students.

For this project, the students collected information about the holy places of Maharashtra, namely Trimbakeshwar, Shirdi, Kolhapur, and Pandharpur. They researched the importance of each of these sacred sites and presented their findings beautifully through role play and PowerPoint presentations. Some groups went the extra mile and even created actual models of these temples.

Such projects are a wonderful way for students to become independent, confident, and engage in hands-on learning.
