An activity titled “Growing with Gratitude” was conducted at St. Lawrence High School & Junior College to help students express thankfulness and appreciation for their parents.
As part of the activity, students created meaningful greeting cards and presented them to their parents. The moment captured in the photograph reflects a student proudly sharing his heartfelt message, highlighting the values he has learned at home—such as honesty, discipline, respect, kindness, and responsibility.
Through this activity, students conveyed how their parents guide them in understanding right and wrong and support their overall growth as responsible and caring individuals. The activity strengthened the emotional bond between parents and children and promoted the importance of gratitude and moral values. The activity was meaningful and enriching, as it helped strengthen the bond between parents and children while nurturing love, appreciation, and moral values among the students.
