Little Chefs, Big Memories at St Lawrence High School and Junior College
The Grade 4 students at St Lawrence High School and Junior College ended the year with a No-Fire Cooking Fiesta — tasty, healthy, and full of smiles!
To wrap up the academic year 2025-26, Class 4 celebrated “Last Day Fiesta” with a No-Fire Cooking Activity
The students Students brought pre-chopped vegetables, boiled sprouts, bread, and some spreads from home. They mixed, assembled, and plated fresh sprouts & veggie vegetable sandwiches and other creative no-fire recipes.
The activity promoted teamwork, creativity, and healthy eating. The classrooms Classrooms buzzed with excitement as students learned hygiene, portioning, and presentation while garnishing their creations. Beyond the tasty bites, the event fostered independence, collaboration, and an early love for nutritious food.
The day concluded with happy faces and a colourful display of student-made recipes. As one student said, “Best last day ever because we made food and memories together!”
With laughter, learning, and a dash of creativity, Grade 4 ended the year on a truly tasty note. Here’s to little chefs who made big memories!
