True to this quote, an Inter- house  Treasure Hunt aimed to give grade 10 students of

 St Lawrence High School and Junior Collage  a fresh perspective on their familiar school environment, stimulating curiosity, teamwork, and critical thinking through an interactive adventure.

Students loved the teamwork aspect—communicating, strategizing, and celebrating together, building camaraderie and social bonds . They shared the joy of “aha!” moments when a riddle unlocked the next clue. Turning their familiar school environment into a field of discovery—literally scavenging for clues helped cement lessons and memories far more than normal classroom work would . The Treasure Hunt wasn’t merely an event—it was a spark of joy. It brought out laughter, cooperation, spirited competition, confident problem-solving, and above all, sheer childlike delight. In short, the students didn’t just enjoy the activity—they celebrated learning in motion.
