‘Yoga is a way of life that teaches us the valuable lessons of patience, determination, and resilience’.

On 21st June 2025, St. Lawrence High School and Junior College, Nashik, celebrated Yoga Day for the class 9 on the occasion of International Yoga Day.

Yoga is important because it offers a wide range of physical and mental health benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and stress reduction. It can also enhance mental clarity, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Bearing in mind the multiple benefits of regular practice of Yoga, students of all classes are given training in Yoga lessons every week. These sessions have been greatly benefiting the students to improve their concentration and focus.
