Lawrentians have a joyful return to school: A day full of Smiles and surprises!
The much-awaited reopening of St. Lawrence High School and Junior College was nothing short of a celebration! The campus buzzed with excitement as students walked into the school premises, welcomed by cheerful decorations, colourful boards and warm Greetings from teachers with the theme ‘Everyone has a chance to make a difference’, the day was designed to motivate, and reconnect.
To kick start the day, a high energy Zumba session brought the entire campus alive. Students grouped together setting a lively tone for the day.
The fun continued with interactive games like the ‘Lucky Circle’ and the innovative ‘Glass collection from Hula Hoops’, which saw enthusiastic participation from all the students.
The class teachers turned story tellers, captivating the young minds with delightful tales during a ‘Storytelling Session’, rekindling a love for listening and imagination.
Adding to the joy, a vibrant ‘Selfie Point’ was set up, where pictures were clicked with friends and teachers, creating memories of the first day back to school.
The school corridors and classrooms were adorned with beautiful welcome boards, carrying messages of hope, creativity and with a belief – ‘Everyone has a chance to make a difference.’ As the students settled in with renewed enthusiasm, it was clear that this school year has begun on a high note- filled with laughter, learning and limitless possibilities.
