"Every Little Hand Can Do Great Things!” At St. Lawrence High School and Junior College our Grade 1 students discovered the joy of taking up responsibility and how to self-help through the inspiring story of “Inga and the Ten Fairy Helpers.” They listened with great interest and enthusiasm as they learned about Inga, a little girl who did not like to do any work. We are immensely proud to share that, through their consistent hard work and unwavering dedication, the students of St. Lawrence High School & Jr. College have brought great pride to the Lawrentian name by securing positions in the merit list of the Scholarship Examination conducted annually by the Maharashtra State Council of Examination. 3D Shapes at St Lawrence High School and Junior College
"Shapes are the silent architects of our visual experiences." — Richard Meier At St. Lawrence High School and Junior College, the Grade 3 students have learned about 3D shapes through various methods. Students built their own shapes using matchsticks, waste boxes, and many other objects. Our students are now able to identify the shapes used in our daily lives. Students showcased their creativity by turning boxes into puzzles. By recognizing shapes, students have taken their first step into the world of geometry. This lays the groundwork for understanding more complex math concepts
Hygiene at St. Lawrence High School and Junior College
At St. Lawrence High School and Junior College, the Grade 1 and Grade 2 students participated in an engaging ‘Hygiene Day’ session focused on full-body cleanliness and healthy habits. Through interactive discussions and activities, children learned the importance of keeping their hands, nails, and teeth clean to prevent germs and stay healthy. They also understood the need for regular haircuts and nail trimming as part of personal hygiene. The session encouraged students to take responsibility for their daily hygiene routines.
