At St. Lawrence High School and Junior College, the Grade 1 students learnt a very important topic in EVS called “Safety First.” The teacher explained safety rules in a simple and practical way, helping children understand how to stay safe at home, on the road, and in school.

The students learnt to be careful at home by staying away from dangerous things. They also understood the importance of road safety by learning about traffic lights Red, Yellow, and Green and basic traffic rules. The children enjoyed participating in a road safety activity where they followed rules of driving in a fun way.

The students also learnt the importance of following safety rules in school, which help maintain discipline, respect, and keep everyone safe. The learning experience was enjoyable and meaningful, as the children took part in fun activities related to safety at home, on the road, and in school. It was a wonderful experience that helped them learn an important lesson useful in their daily lives.
