Grade 4 students of St. Lawrence High School And Junior College, launched an innovative project to promote sustainability. They collected used plastic water bottles, gathering around 100 bottles per class. The students then creatively repurposed these bottles by enclosing and wrapping them with used clothes.

The outcome was a functional footstool made from recycled materials. By participating in this project, the students took a significant step towards sustainability, fostering a sense of environmental responsibility, reuse and recycling, creative thinking, and creative problem-solving, while also learning the importance of keeping surroundings clean.
