“Hindi is not just a language, it’s a cultural identity, a way of life, and a source of pride for millions.”
St. Lawrence High School and Junior College celebrated Hindi Diwas with great fervor, showcasing students’ talents through engaging activities like storytelling, poetry recitation, and elocution competitions. These events highlighted the richness and beauty of Hindi.
Students from grades 3 and 4 presented impactful skits on critical issues like food waste, excessive mobile phone use, and plastic pollution. Their performances conveyed powerful messages about respecting food, minimizing mobile usage, and adopting eco-friendly practices. The students pledged to use cloth bags and reduce plastic usage.
Students from grades 1 and 2 mesmerized the audience with their energetic dance performances and melodious songs, emphasizing Hindi’s significance.
