To commemorate the birth anniversary of the great Indian mathematician, Srinivasa Ramanujan, St. Lawrence High School & Jr. College celebrates ‘National Mathematics Day’ annually. To mark this occasion, a maths quiz was organized for both junior (grades 5, 6, 7) and senior (grades 8, 9, 10) grades. The event aimed to foster a love for mathematics, encourage analytical thinking, and help students overcome the fear of maths. And the motto of the Annual Sports Day and Cultural Fest at St. Lawrence High School and Junior College was to teach the students the importance of teamwork and hardwork to accomplish any goal on the field as well as in life.
