“Brother and sister, together as friends, ready to face whatever life sends”.

St. Lawrence High School and Junior College, Nashik, hosted a Rakhi Making Activity for the Girl Guides of classes 8 and 9 as a part of their Scout and Guide activity.

The students carried craft material like silk thread, wool, satin ribbons, beads, sequins, tassels, mirrors etc. They showed their creative skills by using the materials to make beautiful rakhis of different variety and colours.

Raksha Bandhan is one of the most endearing ways to celebrate the bond between brothers and sisters. It also strengthens the bond between siblings and promotes a sense of unity, and love within the family. These rakhis were also sent to the police officials and the warriors on the forefront as a token of love, respect and gratitude for their sacrifices and efforts in keeping us safe and protected.
