A special awareness programme on Menstruation and Hygiene was organized at St Lawrence High School and Junior College for the girls of Grade 6.  The session aimed to educate young girls about menstrual health, hygiene practices, and to break the silence and stigma associated with this natural biological process. The programme was conducted by Dr. Ranjit Mehta and Dr. Nanda Mehta, who interacted with the students in a friendly and respectful manner. An Intraclass Drawing Competition was held at St.Lawrence High School and Junior College for grade 5 to 8 . The theme varied for different classes . For grade 5 the theme was ‘Save Water’, for grade 6 – Under Water World’, grade 7- Pollution and grade 8 – ‘My Country , My Pride’ The theme was chosen keeping in mind the importance of creating awareness among the students as well as providing them the opportunity to express themselves through their work.

Emotions are complex and so is understanding them. At the same time, its extremely important to understand how to control and channelize our emotions effectively.  A workshop on Experiential Emotional Workshop was held for the students of grade 9 at St. Lawrence High School and Junior College. The students were acquainted with the various emotions one undergoes, what causes them and how to train oneself to deal with the emotions. They also discovered that people perceive diverse emotional reactions in themselves and others. Emotional education entailed making various elements of emotions accessible through
