The students of St. Lawrence High School and Junior College had a delightful and engaging learning experience through the story “Poo’s Balloon.” The session began with an interactive storytelling activity using a creative teaching-aid frame that displayed Poo and his apple shaped red balloon. The attractive visual aid captured the children’s attention and made the story come alive.

After reading the story, the classroom turned into a stage as the students enthusiastically participated in a role-play. With the guidance of their teacher, the children enacted the story, making learning enjoyable while improving their confidence, speaking skills, and imagination.

To conclude the activity, each student was asked to draw their favourite-shaped balloon and colour it beautifully. The classroom was filled with colourful artwork and smiling faces as the children expressed their creativity through their drawings.

The “Poo’s Balloon” activity was a perfect blend of storytelling, drama, and art. It created a joyful learning environment where students learned through participation, creativity, and fun, making the lesson a memorable experience for everyone.
