The Lawrentian takeover at the Meetha Melange competition at Symbiosis
“It’s hard to beat a person who never gives up” – this mantra embodies the spirit of St. Lawrence High School and Junior College. Our Lawrentians live by this motto, and recent events proved it once again.
Our mothers showcased their culinary prowess at the ‘Meetha Melange – Indian Dessert With Fusion Twist’ competition, where they created innovative no-bake desserts with a twist. Rehan Khairnar’s mother wadded up a delectable Kesar Pista Shrikhand, and secured second position, while Parth Avhad’s mother crafted a stunning Shahi Fruit Bowl, securing third position, respectively.
The event wasn’t just about the mothers – our teachers shone too! Mrs. Surabhi Kasar from the Primary Section mesmerized with a solo dance performance themed ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam’.
This experience was a testament to the talent and determination of our school community. We’re proud of our students, mothers, and teachers for embracing this opportunity to explore and showcase their skills!
