At St. Lawrence High School and Junior College, our Grade 2 students learned the important life lesson “Never Give Up” through the story Brontorina.

The session was conducted to inspire children to believe in themselves, work hard for their dreams, and never stop trying even if they face difficulties. The story of Brontorina, a dinosaur who dreamed of becoming a ballerina, showed them how challenges can be overcome with determination and support.

To make learning more meaningful, teachers enacted the story, helping students understand that no dream is too big or too small. The children realized that when problems come, they should keep trying, seek help if needed, and never give up.

They also learned the value of respecting and encouraging others’ dreams instead of making fun of them, thus spreading kindness and motivation.
