Primary Graduation Day at St Lawrence High School and Junior College

”The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” Eleanor Roosevelt

The Graduation Day celebration at St. Lawrence High School and Junior College for the Grade 4 students of the primary section, who are moving towards their new journey of secondary section, was a day to remember!

The mothers were invited for the ceremony, and the students looked beautiful and smart in their capes and graduation attire. The mothers were very energetic and enthusiastic about taking part in the games organised for them at the beginning of the event.

The celebration began with a wonderful, heart-touching skit on the students’ and parents’ bond, showcasing their journey of growth at every step of learning. The melodious song “Count on Me” sung by the Grade 4 students created an emotional connection among their peers. The energetic dance performance by all teachers made for a wonderful memory for the students.

The Managing Trustee and Founder Principal, Summan Ma’am, shared inspirational words, telling mothers to hold their child’s hand and be a friend to them, teaching them to take ownership, speak the truth, and own up to mistakes. Her words helped everyone understand the precious bond between a child and a parent.

It was a day full of fun, happy moments, values, growth, friendship, and a vow made for perseverance.
