The students of grade 9 of St. Lawrence High School and Junior College took part in a slogan making activity, the theme for which was Environmental Pollution.

activity Each class was divided into 4 groups and each were given a topic. The
topics consisted – Soil pollution, Water Pollution, Air Pollution, Noise Pollution
etc.
Each group of 10 students, divided the topic into –causes, consequence and
remedy for each type of pollution.
This activity provided a wonderful platform for students to express themselves.
It helped the students to work as a team and to understand the topics. It also
helped them to improve their language skills, especially Hindi vocabulary. The school
looks forward to conduct more such activities in the future.
