Marking the Festival with a Sweet Roll

The students of grade 8 and 9 learnt to make ladoos using fresh coconut, semolina, khoya and sugar. The recipe right from roasting of semolina to adding fresh coconut and khoya and sugar was explained to them. The preparation was demonstrated to them. The guides helped in the entire process. They also learnt to decorate it with silver foil and display it artistically. Students enthusiastically participated in activity and enjoyed making the delicacy.
