With the intention of making our students learn the art of investing their hard earned money wisely, St. Lawrence High School and Junior College had organised a Financial Literacy Workshop in collaboration with DSP under their programme, ‘The Jungle Trail’.

The students were acquainted with favourable investments tools like RD and FD and the importance of investing in Mutual Funds and equity investments. Awareness was also built about the different types of loans like home loans, medical loans, etc.

All this information was imparted in a form of a story i.e., The Jungle Safari which helped the students to relate to it easily.

We at St. Lawrence believe in the overall development of our students and preparing them to excel not only in academics but also in facing the practicalities of life.
