To take a step towards a greener environment, the Grade 4 students of St.Lawrence High School and Junior College created their own Paper Bags.

The objective of this activity was to increase the circulation of Paper bags instead of the handy plastic bags. This was done to make them aware about how threatening plastic bags are to the environment.

The students were guided how to make paper bags out of recycled paper or newspapers. They were quite enthusiastic about the activity and every student got newspapers from their homes and converted them into handy paper bags ready for their personal use.

To boost their creativity, beautiful paper bags of different sizes and shapes were shown to them which helped in improving their creativity.

We at St.Lawrence High School and Junior College teach all topics with an inherent value based learning about preserving Mother Earth/Nature and becoming more responsible citizens.
