At St. Lawrence High School and Junior College, The Grade 1 students learnt about how to recycle paper. They used old newspapers and created a dinosaur egg out of it.They were taught all the steps involved in recycling paper.

By performing this activity, they developed better fine-motor skills and learnt that we can save trees by recycling waste paper and also that we can use any waste paper in different ways. They imbibed the value to save trees, save paper and ultimately save their environment. They also got creative satisfaction out of this activity because it was so easy to do and so exciting as well.
