The Grade 2 students at St.lawrence High School and Junior College went to Yashawantrao Chavan Planetarium for their field trip this term. They were very excited to learn more about planets.

They were able to see with so much clarity how the planets move in the solar system and how many galaxies are there in it. They also learnt more about the North Star and other stars in their solar system.

Text book knowledge is important but the knowledge which they get from such trips is very important because their pages come alive in real life. Every child came back in awe of how outer space is so full of miracles.
