Author E.B. White’s birthday was celebrated in St Lawrence High School and Junior College by the primary section students who are reading his books this year. He is one of the most beloved authors of all time and every child loved paying this heartfelt tribute to him.

The students delivered a short speech about the life of the author and his creations.They also drew their favorite characters from his books and wrote a few sentences about them. They shared the book reviews of their favourite books. White’s readers always learn loyalty and friendship from his stories and through this celebration it was obvious that every child had embibed those values.

The students also felt inspired to write their own ideas into wonderful stories and narratives.
